摘要
随着网格技术的发展及其在医疗方面应用的增多,医疗网格技术获得了广泛的关注。文中从网络数据发布、数据存储和数据计算三个方面分析了医疗网格隐私保护需求。分别针对不同方面的隐私保护需求总结了其主要的医疗网格隐私保护技术的基本原理及其特点。最后,文中针对医疗网格的特殊需求,结合隐私加强技术构建了医疗网格架构,并描述了其工作流程,对普通的医疗网格架构提出了几点改进意见,以便实现更好的隐私保护效果。
As the development of grid technology and more and more applications in healthcare, the Healthgrid wins wide attentions. It analyses the privacy preservation requirements in Healthgrid from three aspects ： data publishing, data storage and data computing. And then, summarize the main privacy preservation technology＇ s basic principles and characteristics in the three aspects of privacy preservation requirements. Finally,build a Healthgrid framework with the privacy enhanced technologies and describe the workflow according to the special needs of Healthgrid;Also propose some improvements on the basic of formal Healthgrid security framework to achieve a better privacy preservation result.
