摘要
随着空中侦察力量在炮兵侦察中的地位不断提升,其效能评估的实时性、科学性以及合理性将直接影响到战争进程。基于SEA方法,提出了针对炮兵空中力量侦察效能的三个主要性能度量,结合具体战场环境的军事想定,建立了炮兵空中力量侦察效能的动态评估模型,为炮兵空中侦察力量的合理运用、指挥员做出正确决策指挥奠定了坚实的基础。
With status continuous promotion of the air scout force applied to Artillery, the real-time, scientificalness and rationality of scout efficiency assessment will affect war course directly. Based on the SEA method, the calibration for three main performances of artillery air-power scout efficiency are proposed. The SEA model for evaluating the dynamic efficiency of artillery air-power system is established under the war conditions. The foundation for the reasonable application of the artillery air-power scout and for commander to make decision timely and right was established.
