摘要
利用Ansoft 13软件对12极表面式永磁同步电机进行Maxwell 2D有限元分析,旨在研究永磁体极弧系数对电机定子绕组感应电势和电机漏磁系数的影响。处理仿真结果,得到极弧系数与感应电势THD值和基波值变化走势图,以及极弧系数与漏磁系数的关系曲线。保持极弧系数恒定,用相同槽数4极和6极电机验证结论的正确性,并比较三种电机的感应电势THD值和基波值以及漏磁系数的区别。
Maxwell 2D finite element analysis of 12-pole surface PMSM was simulated by Ansoft 13, aiming to study the EMF and flux leakage coefficient caused by different PM polar arc coefficient. By processing the simulation results, obtained chart of polar arc coefficient with the THD and fundamental value of EMF, and a curve of polar arc coefficient with flux leakage coefficient likewise. 4-pole and 6-pole motors which have conformable polar arc coefficient were presented to verify the conclusions, and then compared the THD of EMF and leakage coefficient with 12-pole motor.
