摘要
白车身的动态特性是车身设计过程中需要考虑的首要问题.以Smart Office软件为平台,对某轿车白车身进行试验模态分析,得出白车身的固有频率、振型和阻尼比,并分析前后风窗玻璃对车身模态参数的影响.实验结果表明:白车身的前6阶固有频率分别为26.582,29.107,38.617,40.347,42.953,46.006 Hz,其中前3阶模态为整车扭转模态,后3阶模态为整车弯曲模态;加上前后风窗玻璃后,白车身的固有频率平均提高了21%,第3阶振型变化为前车头局部的弯曲振动,第5阶振型变化为前车头及车尾局部的扭转振动.
The dynamic performance of the body-in-white was the important factor in body design process.In this paper,experiment modal analysis of some body-in-white car was proposed based on commercial software Smart Office.Natural frequency,mode shape and damping ratio of the body were obtained.And effect of front and back windscreens on the body-in-white modal parameters was also studied.The results showed that,the first six natural frequencies of the body-in-white were 26.582,29.107,38.617,40.347,42.953 and 46.006 Hz,respectively,where the first three mode shapes torsion modes,and the others bend modes.When the front and back windscreens were added into the body-in-white,the average natural frequency increased by 21%,the third mode shape changed into local bend in the front of the car,and the fifth mode shape changed into local torsion mode in the front and back of the car.
