摘要
目的:在体外建立大肠杆菌生物被膜模型,观察在体外苦参水煎液联合左氧氟沙星对腹膜透析管大肠杆菌生物被膜的影响。方法:采用腹膜透析液-腹膜透析管系统建立体外大肠杆菌生物被膜模型,扫描电子显微镜观察生物被膜变化。将苦参水煎液、左氧氟沙星各药单独或联合作用于大肠杆菌生物被膜,运用连续稀释法计数存活菌菌落数变化。结果:16g/L的苦参水煎液即可破坏和抑制大肠杆菌生物膜。其与左氧氟沙星联合作用后,生物被膜内存活菌数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:苦参水煎液与左氧氟沙星联合作用后可破坏已形成的大肠杆菌生物被膜,较单用左氧氟沙星有更强的抗菌作用。
Objective To observe the effect of sophora flavescens aqueous-extracts combination with levofloxacin(LFX) on Escherichia coli biofilm in vitro.Methods Escherichia coli were cultivated in peritoneal dialysis solution-peritoneal dialysis cathete system to establish in vitro bacterial biofilm model.After the biofilm was treated by LFX,sophora flavescens aqueous-extracts and their combination,we observed the biofilm with scanning electronic microscope and measured the number of viable bacteria by serial dilutions.Results Combined with sophora flavescens aqueous-extracts,LFX reduced the number of viable bacteria compared with LFX alone(P0.01).Conclusion sophora flavescens aqueous-extracts combine with LFX can destruct the biofilm of Escherichia coli.Compared with LFX alone,the number of viable bacteria can be greatly reduced by the combination.
