小麦品种高温抗条锈病特性及保产作用

摘要 为了明确小麦高温抗条锈性及保产作用,分析了27个陕西农家小麦品种和15个改良品种的抗病特性,以及小偃6号、兰天1号、小偃54、79196-16-1-2四个品种的防病保产效果。结果表明,在陕西关中地区,5月中旬前后是小麦品种高温抗条锈性表达的关键时期;小麦高温抗病性表达后,条锈病病情指数增长缓慢,严重度不再增加;接种区与喷药区比较,抗病品种千粒重、穗粒数和穗粒重差异不显著,具有明显的防病和保产特性。 High temperature resistance(HTR) of plant is a kind of resistance of low infection type,which is induced by higher environment temperature.A series of experiments of cytopathological,physiological and chemical characters on HTR of wheat to stripe rust have been conducted since 1989.In order to realize the yield effect of wheat HTR to stripe rust,the resistance of 27 landraces and 15 improved cultivars were investigated in field in Yangling,Shaanxi.The effect of yield protection of HTR of Xiaoyan 6,Lantian 1,Xiaoyan 54,and 79196-16-1-2 to stripe rust were studied.Results showed that around mid-May was a critical period for the expression of HTR of wheat in Guanzhong area,Shaanxi.After the expression of HTR of wheat to stripe rust,the disease index was increased slowly.The severity did not increased.The thousand kernel weight,kernel number,and kernel weight were not significant difference between inoculation plot and protection plot by pesticide.HTR of wheat varieties have significant effect of disease prevention and yield protection.
