摘要
目的 探讨床旁胸片动态观察对急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析2008年～2011年确诊的56例ARDS的系列床旁胸片的影像表现.结果 ARDS早期表现为轻度异常,中期典型表现为肺实变和磨玻璃密度影,晚期出现肺间质纤维化表现.结论 床旁胸片是ARDS的首选影像检查手段,动态观察可对ARDS的临床评估提供重要的参考信息.
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of bedside chest X-ray dynamic observation in acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）.Methods A series of bedside chest X-ray images of 56 cases ARDS diag- nosed in 2008 - 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The bedside chest X-ray showed mild abnormalities in early stage of ARDS,the typical performance of mid-term of lung consolidation and ground-glass opacity, and late stage performance of pulmonary fibrosis.Conclusion Bedside chest X-ray is the preferred imaging technique of ARDS,dynamic observation of which may provide important reference information for the clinical evaluation of ARDS.
