摘要
目的 对比观察钾铝砷半导体激光照射 (以下简称半导体激光照射 )或氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)与口服博尔心 (药物 )对高血压病合并高粘血症、高脂血症患者血脂、血粘度的影响。方法15 3例高血压伴高脂血症、高粘血症患者 ,分为服药组、ILIB组及半导体激光组。采用钾铝砷半导体激光照射或ILIB后 ,观察患者血粘度、血脂等变化 ,并与降低血粘度药物 (博尔心药物 )组进行比较观察。结果 ①半导体激光照射能显著降低红细胞压积、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原 (P <0 .0 1) ,并降低血浆粘度 (P <0 .0 5 )。②半导体激光照射组的患者血甘油三酯降低较ILIB组、单纯药物组效果显著。③半导体激光照射治疗后 ,血中缩血管物质血栓素B2 (TXB2 )降低 ,舒血管物质 6 -酮前列腺素F1α(6 -K -PGF1α)升高。④电镜可见半导体激光照射后红细胞聚集性减低 ,变形红细胞减少 ,肿胀程度减轻。⑤半导体激光治疗后患者的临床症状得到显著改善 ,未见严重副作用发生。结论 半导体激光照射是治疗高粘血症的有效手段 ,可降低血甘油三酯 ,降低血细胞聚集性 ,使红细胞肿胀程度减轻 ,变形性增加。
Objective To contrast the influence of semi-conductor laser irradiation,He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy and oral drug(Boexin) for hyperviscosity and hyperlipemia in hypertensive patients.Methods 153 cases with hypertension were randomly divided into semi-conductor laser group(n=52),He-Ne laser group(n=51) and oral drug group(n=50).After the semi-conductor laser and He-Ne laser irradiation,the alterations of the blood viscosity and blood lipids were observed and compared with the oral drug group.Results The hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were greatly reduced by semi-conductor laser irradiation(P<0.05~0.01).The level of triglyceride in the first group patients was obviously less than that of other two groups.At post-semiconductor laser irradiation,the TXB 2 decreased and 6-k-PGF1 raised.Under electron microscope,the erythrocyte aggregation and deforming erythrocytes were reduced.At the same time,the clinical symptoms were remarkedly improved.No obvious side effects were found.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the semi-conductor laser irradiation is an effective therapy for hyperviscosity and hyperlipemia of hypertension.
