摘要
目的分析我院急诊处方不合理用药情况,提高处方书写质量,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2010年1月到6月的急诊处方1 080张,进行统计分析,并对不合理用药处方进行评价。结果不合理用药处方48张,不合格率为4.35%。不合理用药发生频率较高的是用法用量不适宜的、有配伍禁忌和不良反应的、遴选药品不适宜的,各自占不合理处方的25.00%、22.92%、20.83%。结论我院急诊用药基本合理,但仍存在一些不合理用药处方,应该加强处方点评,促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全、合理、有效。
Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in the emergency department of our hospital,improve the quality of prescription and promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods 1 080 Prescriptions from January to June were randomly extracted from emergency department of our hospital for statistical analysis,and irrational prescriptions were reviewed.Results Of all the prescriptions reviewed,4.35%（48/1 080） prescriptions were found to be irrational.The incidence of inappropriate dosage,contraindications and inappropriate drugs selection were high,which accounted for irrational prescription of 25.00%,22.92%,20.83%.Conclusions It was still some irrational drug use in emergency department.Therefore,prescription evaluation should be done to promote clinical rational use of drug,and guarantee patients with safety,reasonable and effective of drug use.
