摘要
作为师范专业的学生,教学技能水平的高低将直接影响从教工作,但是随着传统师范专业的萎缩以及诸多高校朝着应用型方向发展,高师学生教学技能训练问题日益凸显。本文通过对高师学生教学技能训练存在问题的分析,提出加强教学技能训练的一些措施,以期在新形势下提高高师学生教学技能水平。
As students of normal speciality, teaching skill level will directly influence their future work, but with the shrinking of traditional normal professional development and many universities' tendency of developing the applied, normal college students' teaching skill training problems are growing increasing- ly. Therefore, this paper puts forward the measures of strengthening normal college students' teaching skill training through analyzing the existing problems so as to improve their teaching abilities under new circumstances.
