摘要
春秋时期虽有“礼崩乐坏”的趋势 ,但实际上周礼传统仍然在影响着社会各个阶层的人们 ,规范着他们的言行。春秋战争中是否存在着礼 ,一直存讼不休。子鱼、墨子等人否定战争礼的存在 ,而孔子、司马迁等人则肯定战争礼的存在 ,并对坚持战争礼的宋襄公给予很高的评价。考绎春秋历史 ,诸如师出有名、师不伐丧、不伤国君、不杀厉等等 ,无不证实了春秋战争礼的存在。春秋战争礼的存在 ,不仅关乎各邦国之间的邦交关系 ,也对春秋社会结构特点的形成产生了深远的影响。
Kingdoms declined and dukes competed with each other during Spring and Autunm Period. Rite in wars existed everywhere.On the studies of war rite of Spring and Autunm period,characteristics of social structure ,relations among small states and development of system of rite can be understood.This thesis tries to make out the origins.Characteristics and main contents of war rite in Spring and Autumn period were studied through a series of original historical materials.
