摘要
结合郑州市城市建设的实际情况,分析了郑州市开发利用地下空间的战略意义、发展历程以及开发利用地下空间的有利条件,通过对郑州市地下空间开发利用现状的调研,总结了郑州市地下空间开发利用中存在的问题,并提出改进的思路与对策,以期推动有序、高效的开发利用地下空间;通过借鉴国内外大中城市地下空间规划的经验,总结了郑州市地下空间"一环、两轴、三线"的规划框架、总体布局,提出了开发时序以及郑州市地下空间的发展目标,为郑州市构建健康和谐可持续发展的地下空间提供理论和技术支撑,以期优化郑州市城市建设的立体化态势。
Combined with the actual situation of Zhengzhou city construction,the strategic significance,development course and the beneficial conditions for underground space development in Zhengzhou city was analyzed,through investigation and study of present situation of the Zhengzhou city underground space development and utilization,the existed problems of Zhengzhou city＇s underground space development and utilization were summed up,improvement ideas and countermeasures were put forward in order to promote the orderly,efficient development and utilization of underground space.Based on underground space planning experience of large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad,the planning framework,overall layout of underground space in Zhengzhou city as ＂one ring,two axes and three lines ＂ were summed up and the timing and development goal of underground space in Zhengzhou city was put forward,to provide theoretical and technical support in constructing healthy and harmonious and sustainable underground space in Zhengzhou city,in order to optimize the construction of Zhengzhou City in three-dimensional posture.
