有机模板剂对合成纳米TiO_2结构影响规律的研究 被引量:1

Study on the Synthesis of Nano-porous TiO_2 Via Derivative Carbon Template

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛。选择P123作为模板剂考察了不同n(P123)/n(Ti)对TiO2织构性能以及晶粒尺寸的影响。采用碳化的方法使有机物在氩气气氛中高温焙烧后形成的炭层对孔道起支撑作用,防止孔道的塌陷并得到高度晶化的二氧化钛,同时考察了碳化温度和不同模板剂对二氧化钛织构性能的影响规律。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附脱附、热分析(TG/DSC)表征手段得到以下结论:物质的量比在0~0.030范围内,P123含量的增加有利于晶粒尺寸的减小和比表面积的增大;碳化过程提高了TiO2的热稳定性,随着碳化温度的升高TiO2比表面积变化不大;P123、PEG2000、CTAB 3种模板剂中P123得到的样品性能最好。 Nanocrystalline titania with controlled particle size and narrow pore size distribution were synthe sized through sol-gel method. Tetrabutyl titanate was used as precursor, ethanol as the solvent and a nonionic block copolymer(P123) as the structure-directing agent to prepare series of TiO2 with different P123/Ti molar ratios. The obtained TiO2/P123 dry gels were calcined in argon atmosphere which converts P123 to sturdy carbon materials as subsequent structure-directing agent. The influence of carbonizing temperature and different templates on the properties of titania was studied in detail and X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption-desorption, thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and differential scanning calorimetry analysis measurements(DSC) were used to characterize. The properties of resulted TiO2 highly depended on the P123/Ti ratio and the corresponding carbon derived from the carbonization of P123 template. The derived carbon materials prevents the collapse of pore to some extent and at the same time improve the crystallization. The increased amount of P123 favors to increase the surface area and decrease the grain size. The carbonization treatment of P123 improves the thermal stability of TiO2 whose surface area changed very little with the increasing carbonizing temperature. P123 is a better template than PEG2000 and CTAB in synthesis of nanoporous TiO2.
