摘要
目的:研究水银的炮制方法与镇痛、抗炎功效的相关性,确定药物发挥功效的最佳炮制方法。方法:根据水银祛风除湿止痛的功效,选择热板痛证模型、新鲜蛋清所致足趾肿胀的炎症模型,确定药物抗炎、镇痛的最佳炮制方法。结果:热制水银方法炮制明显延长热板刺激小鼠添足潜伏期,提高热板小鼠痛阀值,抗炎作用明显高于其他炮制组。结论:热制水银镇痛、抗炎作用强。
Objective: A study on the correlation between processing Mercury methods and its anti-inflammatory and anal- gesic efficacy was conducted, so as to determining the best processing method to exert the drug efficacy. Methods; According to the antirheumatic and analgesic efficacy of Mercury, the pain model caused by hot plate and the inflammation model of toes tumidness caused by egg white were used to determine the best processing method of Mercury suiting for anti-inflamma- tory and analgesic. Result: The Mercury made hotly extended the incubation period of the mice caused by the hot plate evi- dently. It also increased the pain threshold value of mice. So its anti-inflammatory efficacy is better than the Mercury made by other methods. Conclusion: The Mercury hotly made have better anti-inflammatory and analgesic efficacy.
