摘要
目的:观察重症肺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)病人的病情变化,总结其护理经验,以便更好服务临床。方法:对2008年5月～2010年11月我院收治的12例重症肺炎合并ARDS病人进行回顾性总结分析。结果:经过全面、精细的护理,12例病人中好转7例,死亡5例。结论:积极正确的护理措施是重症肺炎合并ARDS病人抢救成功的关键。
Objective： To observe the clinical performance of acute respiratory distress syndrome in severe pneumonia patients, and summarize the nursing ex- perience, in order to better serve the clinical. Methods ： A retrospective analysis of 12 patients with severe pneumonia combined acute respiratory distress syn- drome were selected form May 2008 to November 2010 in our hospital, summarized the nursing experience and observed the clinical performance. Results： 7 patients of those 12 eases were improved ,5 patients were dead. Conclusion：Active and correct care measures were the key point to successful treatment of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ARDS.
