摘要
在新世纪 ,高校图书馆应提高图书馆人员素质 ,加强图书馆队伍建设 ,加快图书馆现代化建设 ,搞好图书馆现代化科学管理 ,开创新的图书馆服务体系 ,发挥图书馆在高校中的心脏作用 ,使高校图书馆走向新的发展道路。
