摘要
化学发光分析法作为现代痕量分析中的一种十分重要的方法,广泛地应用于体内药物分析领域,但其重现性和选择性较差,其应用相应地受到了一定的限制。将化学发光和其他技术联用能有效地克服其选择性、重现性差等缺点,使其在体内药物分析领域得到迅速发展。对化学发光法和其他技术的联用在体内药物分析中的应用进行了综述,主要包括高效液相色谱-化学发光检测法、毛细管电泳-化学发光联用检测法、化学发光免疫分析法、分子印迹-化学发光法及微流控芯片-化学发光检测技术等,并对化学发光联用技术的应用前景进行了展望。
As a very heated research field in trace analysis,Chemiluminescence determination is now widely used in biopharmaceutical analysis.However,this kind of analysis has limitation because of the poor repeatability and selectivity in the Chemiluminescence method.The combination of Chemiluminescence with some other techniques can effectively overcome those disadvantages and become more and more important in biopharmaceutical analysis.This paper presents a summary of the Chemiluminescence concerned coupling techniques applied in biopharmaceutical analysis which primarily includes HPLCCL,CE-CL,CLIA,MIP and microfluidic chip with chemiluminescence,etc.,and displays the application prospect of chemiluminescence coupling techniques.
