摘要
湿涝是影响我国花生生产的重要生态因子,花生种质耐涝性鉴定是选育耐涝品种的重要基础。在概述作物耐涝性评价指标的基础上,综述了花生种质耐涝性的鉴定方法,包括形态与生长发育鉴定、产量及相关性状鉴定、生理生化鉴定,并分析了室内鉴定替代大田鉴定的可行性。
Waterlogging is an important ecological factor effecting the production of peanut. The identification of waterlogging tolerance for germplasm resources of peanut is an important foundation for breeding waterlogging tolerant cultivars. On the basis of summarizing identification indices for waterlogging tolerance of crops, the identification methods for waterlogging tolerance of peanut germplasm resources were reviewed, including identification of morphology and growth, identification of yield and relevant characteristics, and identification of physiology and biochemistry. Meanwhile, the feasibility of using indoor identification to substitute for filed identification was analyzed.
