摘要
目的观察灯盏花素治疗脑血管疾病的疗效和用药安全性。方法选择72例脑血管疾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别给予灯盏花素及普通药物治疗。结果疗程结束时,治疗组的总有效率为91.7%,而对照组的总有效率为61.1%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论灯盏花素为一种抗凝效果良好的急救必备药品,具有疗效肯定、副作用少等优点,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe of curative effect of breviscapine in the treatment of cerebral vascular disease and medication safety.Methods Select 72 patients with cerebral vascular diseases randomly were divided into treatment and control groups.Erigeron respectively of breviscapine and common drug treatment.Results The end of coure of treatment,total effective rate of the treated group was 91.7%,and the Total effective rate of the control group was 61.1%.Therapeutic effect of two groups there were significant difference（P0.05）.And no apparent adverse reaction.Conclusion Anticoagulation effect breviscapine for a good first aid medicine,have affirmative curative effect,and advantages of less side effects,worth in clinical application.
