摘要
环氧化酶-2(COX-2)是花生四烯酸转化成前列腺素过程中的重要限速酶,抑制COX-2的活性有抗肿瘤作用,但其具体机制尚不明确。本文就近期关于塞来昔布(celecoxib)抗肿瘤的机制及临床研究进行综述。
Cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） is the rate-limiting enzyme which plays important role in arachidonic acid translating into prostaglandins.Inhibiting COX-2 activity has an anti-tumor effect,but the mechanism is unclear.In this paper,recent reports about anti-tumor mechanism and clinical studies of celecoxib are reviewed.
