摘要
黄河三角洲地区未利用地资源丰富,加快未利用地农用开发,是推进该地区建设的关键和重要突破口。本文阐释了该地区未利用地农用开发的基本思路和原则,结合该地区土壤、水源和农作物分布,规划了开发空间布局,并提出了适合该地区的农用地开发具体技术措施,最后提出了相关对策建议。
There are the rich unused lands in Yellow River Delta.It is a key and an importcmet breakthrough to develop them quickly and promote the construction in the region.This paper explained the best thoughts and principles to develop the unused lands for agriculture,considering with the local soil,water resource and crop distribution,and Colk about the space layout and put forward the specific technical measures suitable for the development in this region and some relative proposals on policy in the last.
