摘要
金沙江鲁地拉电站坝基基岩主要为变质砂岩,坝址区断层、裂隙发育,且透水率大,考虑到建基面表层基岩卸荷松弛或受坝基开挖爆破影响裂隙面张开等不利因素,需对坝基进行固结灌浆,以提高坝基岩体的完整性。为掌握坝基岩体破碎带固结灌浆施工技术参数、施工工艺、灌浆质量及坝基灌浆的可靠性,根据设计要求,需进行有盖重灌浆试验。结果表明,有盖重灌浆能明显提高坝基岩体的整体性和均匀性,且可灌性好。岩体波速、弹性模量、变形模量的提高幅度均较大,满足设计要求。
Bedrock of dam foundation of Ludila Hydropower Project on the Jinsha River is metasandstonc. Both faults and fractures in dam site area are developed. And permeability is high as well. Consolidation grouting to the dam foundation is required to improve integrity of the dam foundation rockmass in consideration of unfavorable factor such as relieving slack of surface bedrock of foundation plan or opening of fracture plane due to blasting operation for dam foundation excavation. In order to learn technical parameters, construction technology, grouting quality and dam foundation grouting reliability of consolidation grouting operation to the fractured zone of the dam foundation rockmass, test on consolidation grouting with cover weight is required based on design requirement. The test results show that the consolidation grouting with cover weight can obviously improve integrity and uniformity of the dam foundation rockmass as well as the grouting possibility is higher. Improvement of rockmass wave speed, elastic modulus and deformation modulus is higher in term of range. Design requirements are satisfied.
