摘要
介绍柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂FHUDS-6在国内某大型炼油厂4.1Mt/a柴油加氢装置上的首次工业应用情况,并对使用该催化剂的满负荷标定数据进行分析。结果表明,在催化裂化柴油比例高达11%、床层平均反应温度352℃、空速2.53h-1、氢分压6.15MPa、氢油体积比254.3的工况下,FHUDS-6催化剂具有较高的脱硫、改质活性,十六烷值提高幅度达5.7个单位,脱硫率达98.02%,精制柴油产品质量可以满足国Ⅲ柴油排放标准要求。
The deep hydrofining catalyst FHUDS-6 was applied in a 4.1 Mt/a diesel hydrofining unit firstly, and the operation data of performance test in full capacity was analyzed. Results show that using a feedstock with 11G FCC diesel fraction, under the process conditions of an average catalyst bed temperature of 352℃, a space velocity of 2.53 h-1 , a hydrogen partial pressure of 6. 15 MPa and hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 254.3, FHUDS-6 catalyst exhibits high hydro-desulfurization activity and hydro- upgrading activity, the sulfur removal rate researches 98.02%and the cetane number of treated diesel fuel increases by 5.7 units. The quality of the obtained diesel product can meet the requirements of National Emission Standard III for diesel fuel.
