摘要
该矿是铜、钼多种金属可供综合利用的多金属矿床,铜、钼品位较低,资源储量较大。设计选矿厂生产规模为13 000 t/d,选用的选矿工艺设备大型化,采用"钼铜混合浮选-粗精再磨-钼铜分离"工艺流程,"柱机"联合浮选。获得较高品质的钼精矿及铜精矿,钼、铜得到充分合理的回收。
This is a copper-molybdenum polymetallic deposit which can provide the ore for multipurpose use,the grade of the both is lower,and have large volume of mineral deposits.In the design,the production capacity of concentration plant is 13,000 tpd,the preparation equipments are large,using the process flow as molybdenum-copper bulk flotation-rough concentrate regrind-copper-molybdenum separation,and the column-cell combine flotation.It gets high quality molybdenum concentrate and copper concentrate in process of production,the molybdenum and the copper is recovered enough and reasonably.
