摘要
目的了解湖南省农村学龄儿童意外伤害发生情况及影响因素,为采取有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法整群抽取湖南省益阳和怀化的两个乡镇作为研究现场,对现场中6~14岁的学龄儿童开展问卷调查,收集、整理信息后用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果①学龄儿童平均年龄为（11.85±2.56）岁,男女性别比为0.77：1,333名儿童中,父母最高职业为农民、工人者占69.3%,父母最高文化程度为初中及以下者占74.2%,家庭经济状况一般及以下者占76.3%,家里有多个兄弟姐妹者占76.3%,父母均外出打工者占55.9%;②近一年内发生过意外伤害的学龄儿童有247人,占74.2%,发生意外伤害次数3次及以上者有153人,占61.9%,最常见的三种意外伤害分别是跌伤（58.3%）、锐器伤（33.0%）和烫烧伤（31.5%）,发生意外伤害后,61.4%的学龄儿童没有进行处理或仅自行处理,76.0%的学生并无任何资金花费;③单因素和多因素分析结果表明,父母最高文化程度、家庭经济状况、家里兄弟姐妹数和父母外出务工等4个因素对农村学龄儿童意外伤害发生情况的影响具有统计学意义。结论湖南省农村学龄儿童意外伤害的发生率处于较高水平,应加强农村基础设施建设,提高安全知识水平,建立好的家庭教育和家庭防护,关注留守儿童,以降低学龄儿童意外伤害的发生率。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of accidental injuries among school-age children in rural areas of Hunan Province,and to provide scientific evidence for adopting effective intervention measures.Methods Field survey was conducted in two villages selected from Yiyang and Huaihua by cluster sampling method.The children aged between 6 and 14 years were investigated by face-to-face interview,and the collected data were classified and analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results The average age of the children was（11.85±2.56） years,and the ratio of boys to girls was 0.77：1.Among 333 school-age children,69.3% children＇s parents were farmer or worker,74.2% children＇s parents had junior middle school or primary school education.76.3% of the school-age children had average or below family economic conditions,76.3% of them came from a multi-child family,and 55.9% of them were left-behind children.The proportion of the school-age students that had accidental injuries over the past year reached 74.2%（247/333）.153 children had suffered accidents 3 times or more,accounting for 61.9%.The most common accidental injuries were fall（58.3%）,sharp instrument injury（33.0%） and scalds and burns（31.5%）.After injury,61.4% of the school-age children did not deal with the injury or just dealt it by themselves,and 76.0% did not spend any money after the accidents.Univariate and multivariate regression analyses showed that educational levels of the parents,family economic condition,the number of siblings in a family,and being left-behind were the factors influencing accidental injuries in school-age children,and their effects were statistically significant.Conclusions The incidence rate of accidental injuries of rural school-age children in Hunan Province maintained a high level.We should boost rural infrastructure development,improve the level of safety knowledge,develop a better family education and protection,and pay more attention to left-behind children so as to reduce the incidence rate of accidental injuries in school-age children.
