摘要
对往复走丝电火花线切割机床电极丝振动的影响因素进行了理论分析和实验研究,揭示了由导轮、贮丝筒等引起的外部激励是产生电极丝低频振动的主要原因,提出了稳定电极丝空间形态及减小振幅的两项措施,即使用新型恒张力机构和浮动式限幅器。
This paper deals with the theoretical analysis and experiments for the main factors that affect wire electrode vibration in RT-WEDM, reveal that the guide wheel and wire winding drum are the main reason affect wire electrode low frequency vibration. Put forward two measures to stabilize spatial form and reduce amplitude: new constant tension structure and floating wire guide.
