摘要
介绍了由磷酸酯胶凝剂、交联剂、表面活性剂、激活剂和破胶剂组成的具有特殊性能的油基冻胶压裂液体系。实验结果表明,该种压裂液体系克服了现有油基压裂液成胶速度慢、不耐高温的缺陷,具备在高温条件下施工时所具有的持续热稳定性和快速成胶等特点,适用于水敏性、低压低渗透油气藏的压裂改造。
A special oil-based gelled fracturing fluid, which combines gellant, crossing-linking agent, surfactant, exciting agent and breaker is presented and tested. Test data shows that this fracturing fluid features in lasted thermal stability and fast gelling in high temperature environment, which are limitations of conventional oil -based gelled fracturing fluid. It could be used in fracturing the water sensitive, low pressured and low permeable reservoirs.
