摘要 用实验和有限元法对工业用Φ44 /Φ3 3波纹换热管进行应力分析研究 .指出直光管成型加工成波纹管后 ,其应力分布明显劣化 ,最大应力为波谷处的周向应力 ,是成型前的 2倍多 ,.增加波纹管的壁厚可以改善其应力分布 .因此 ,实际使用的波纹换热管以采用壁厚较大的波纹管为宜 . The stress of \%Φ\%44/\%Φ\%33 corrugated tube was investigated with the help of finite element method (FEM) and experiments. It was concluded that when a straight tube is formed into a corrugated tube, its stress distribution becomes worse and its maximum stress becomes more than 2 times that of the straight tube. The maximum stress is the circumferential stress at the trough. The stress distribution can be improved by increasing the thickness of the corrugated tube. From the point of the stress analysis, it is suitable to use thicker corrugated tube practically.
