摘要
介绍了已完成的一套天线自动测试系统的设计原理和该测试系统的组成、实现及其特点,分析了软件控制流程,完善了幅相测试过程。通过自行设计,降低了天线生产测试的成本,提高天线测试效率。
This paper introduces a set of antenna automatic measurement system design principles. The main purpose is to improve the antenna test efficiency, and improve the amplitude and phase of the testing process. And the production test cost is reduced by the design of antenna. Finally, this paper introduces the multiple probe test system composition, realiza- tion and the characteristic, and analyzes the control flow of software.
