摘要
分析了同型号轮胎的不同花纹特征,在半消声室内测得若干测点的车内噪声信号。研究了噪声声品质客观评价参量,包括响度、尖锐度、粗糙度和语音清晰度,并给出了其计算模型。计算了不同花纹轮胎的车内各测点的声品质客观评价参量,并进行了对比。结果表明,随着车速降低,各项评价参量均有改善;在被测的6种轮胎中,IV号轮胎的各项声品质参量相对较好,其花纹的主要特征是横向沟槽窄,而花纹块体积小。
The features of different tread pattern in same type of tires are analyzed,and the interior noise signals tires produce at several points in the car are measured in a semi-anechoic chamber.Some objective evaluation parameters of noise sound quality,including loudness,sharpness,roughness and articulation index are studied with their computation models given.The objective evaluation parameters of sound quality of tires with different tread patterns are calculated and compared.The results show that all evaluation parameters are improved with the reduction in vehicle speed;and among six tires tested,the No.IV tire is relatively good in all sound quality parameters with its tread pattern mainly characterized by narrow lateral grooves and small tread block.
