摘要
设计一台新型5kW聚光型太阳模拟器,并将其用于斯特林机的圆柱形吸热器测试。实验中利用辐照度计获得太阳模拟器单个光源的辐照度分布,并采用安捷伦(Agilent)数据采集器34970A及热电偶测试吸热器上多点壁温。实验结果显示,太阳模拟器单个光源在吸热器壁面处的辐照度呈高斯分布,最大辐照度为25.1W/cm2,实验测得吸热器最高壁温达592℃,整体上满足太阳能斯特林发动机的实验室测试需求。
A new type 5kW focused solar simulator was designed and also used to heat Stirling engine' s cylindrical heat receiver. The radiation meter was applied to test the irradiance distribution of the solar simulator' s unit light source, the heat receiver' s wall temperature distribution was obtained by the data acquisition instrument Agilent 34970A and thermocouples. The experimental results indicated that the irradiance distribution on the heat receiver's wall appears Gaussian distribution, the highest irradiance on the wall is 25.1W/cm2. The highest wall temperature is 592℃. It generally meets solar Stirling engine's test requirements in laboratory.
