摘要
自ATP敏感性钾通道(ATP-sensitive K+channels,KATP通道)被发现后,经研究发现,该通道存在于多种组织的细胞中,在调节膜电位上起着重要作用。近年来,人们已将研究方向转移到ATP敏感性钾通道与哮喘气道重塑的关系。有研究证实,ATP敏感性钾通道能纠正哮喘的气道重塑,但并未有系统性总结供研究者们参考。本文就KATP通道开放剂尼可地尔(Nicorandil)对哮喘气道重塑的分子学机制做出阐述,希望为研究哮喘提供新的途径。
Since ATP-sensitive K+channels was found,people found it exist in a large number cells of tissue and play an important role in regulating membrane potential.In recent years,researchers have shifted their direction of study to zhe relationship between ATP-sensitive K+channels and airway remodeling of asthma.Some previous studies have demonstrated,ATP-sensitive K+channels could correct the airway remodeling,but there are no systematic summaries for the majority of researchers referenceing.Therefore,this article expound the molecular mechanisms of ATP sensitive K+channels opener Nicorandil affect on airway remodeling of asthma,expect that could provide a new way to the study of field in asthma in future.
