摘要
以档案安全保障体系建设为主线,以体系完善、整章建制、建设管理和检查考核为依托,以创新的思维和科学的方法,探索了油田档案安全保障体系构建的路径与措施,为油田企业档案管理规范化、科学化提供依据。
Taking the construction of files security system as the principal line, based on system organization establishment, construction management and appraisal Inspection, and adopting innovative performance, thinking and scientific method, this paper probes into the paths and measures for the construction of oilfield files security system in order to provide some references for standardized and scientific files management of oilfield enterprises.
