摘要
目的分析医院服务范围和病人来源特点,为制定宏观政策提供参考依据。方法对某三甲综合医院出院病人来源信息采用描述统计、变动度分析方法分析病人来源的发展特点和结构变动度。结果 2008年-2011年城区病人负向结构变动值最大,对医院整体结构变动贡献率最大;市辖各县上升为病人的第一大来源地区,病人正向结构变动值最大,贡献率第二大;外埠地区结构变动值最小,2010年-2011年病人增长迅速,正向变动值显著增长,贡献率第二大。结论应根据病人对医院的需求调整内部结构,进一步稳固城区市场,发展市辖各县病源,拓展外埠医疗空间。
Objective To analyze the hospital services area and source characteristics of patients,and provide a reference for macroeconomic policy.Methods Analyzing development characteristics and structural changes of patient sources of a top three hospital by using descriptive statistics and change degree analysis method.Results Negative structural changes of city patients are the maximum from 2008 to 2011.Contribution rate of the overall hospital structure change is the maximum.Municipality counties up to the main patient＇s source regions.The positive structural changes are the maximum.Contribution rate is the second.Structure changes outside the region are the minimum.With rapid growth of patients,positive changes have significant growth from 2010 to 2011.Conclusion We should adjust the internal structure based on the patients＇ demand,further reinforce the urban market,develop municipal counties sources of the patients and expand outside medical space.
