摘要
目的探讨胆囊切除术后胆总管结石ENBD患者鼻胆引流管冲洗的方法及效果。方法观察组采用第一管冲洗液打入20 mL,抽出15 mL,在冲洗过程中始终保持胆管处于有少量冲洗液的状态,以避免胆管被抽空时患者产生疼痛感。结果观察组引流效果肯定,导管冲洗时患者的舒适度及患者的接受程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论此方法提高了导管冲洗时患者的舒适度及患者的接受程度,减轻了患者冲洗导管时的恐惧心理,减轻了患者的痛苦。
Objective To explore the ENBD flushing methods and results for common bile duct stones after cholecystectomy in patients with nasal biliary drainage tube. Methods The observation group used fluid into the first tube 20 mL out of 15 mL. In the process of bile duct, we always kept a small amount of the state of rinse to avoid feeling pain when bile duct was empty. Results The effect of drainage of the observation group has been determined, patients with catheter flushing felt more comfortable and more acceptable than the ones in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The method makes patients feel more comfortable and more acceptable under the catheter flushing. Patients are less afraid when they using this way.
