摘要
目的探讨一种有确切的效果又能够为患者接受的标本采集方法。方法采用4组吸痰法采集痰液标本进行病原学检测,比较此4种不同采样方法的病原学检出效果,分组情况:Ⅰ组为自主咳痰法;Ⅱ组为雾化诱导排痰法;Ⅲ组为拍背吸痰法;Ⅳ组为带套管吸痰管吸痰法。结果标本合格率:Ⅰ组为34.15%,Ⅱ组为52.02%,Ⅲ组为73.60%,Ⅳ组为81.05%;微生物检出率:Ⅰ组为70.43%,Ⅱ组为78.44%,Ⅲ组为79.35%,Ⅳ组为81.59%;致病微生物的检出率:Ⅰ组为21.43%,Ⅱ组为35.51%,Ⅲ组为32.80%,Ⅳ组为51.61%,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论带套管吸痰管吸痰法是另外3种取标本方法的总结,是根据纤支镜防污染毛刷采样的设计的一种标本采集方法,能明显提高采集标本的合格率。
Objective To explore a specimen sampling method which has exact effects and can be acceptable for patients.Methods The sputum specimen was collected by 4 groups of sputum sampling methods to take pathogen detection,and the pathogen test results of four different sampling methods were compared.The group situation：group Ⅰ was taken independent expectoration method;group Ⅱ was taken atomizing induced expectoration method;group Ⅲ was taken slapping back for expectoration method;group Ⅳ was taken sputum suction tube with cannula.Results The qualified rate of specimens：of which,group Ⅰ was 34.15%,group Ⅱ was 52.02%,group Ⅲ was 73.60%,group Ⅳ was 81.05%.The detection rate of microorganism：of which,group Ⅰ was 70.43%,group Ⅱ was 78.44%,group Ⅲ was 79.35%,group Ⅳ was 81.59%.The detection rate of pathogenic microorganism：of which,group Ⅰ was 21.43%,group Ⅱ was 35.51%,group Ⅲ was 32.80%,group Ⅳ was 51.61%,P 0.05,there were statistically significant differences.Conclusion The sputum sampling method of sputum suction tube with cannula is a specimen sampling method summarized by 3 other specimen sampling methods and designed according to the protected specimen brush sampling of fiber branch mirror,which can improve the qualified rate of specimens significantly.
