中厚板辊式淬火温度场的有限元模拟 被引量:3

摘要 中厚板辊式淬火机在淬火过程中温度变化剧烈,且随着板厚的增加厚度方向的温差加大,极易导致表面和心部组织不均匀.利用ANSYS软件对中厚板淬火过程的温度场进行数值模拟,计算淬火过程钢板厚度方向的温度梯度和冷却速度,为制定合理的淬火工艺制度提供理论依据,以保证中厚板淬火前后组织性能的均匀. There is a dramatic temperature change in steel plate during quenching process,and the temperature difference in thickness direction increases with the increase of the thickness,which may easily induce the unevenly distributed microstructure in plate.The commercial software ANSYS was used to simulate the temperature field in steel plate during the quenching process.The temperature gradient and cooling rate were calculated.A good theoretical reference was provided to establish the reasonable quenching process schedule for the homogenous microstructure and properties in plate.
