摘要
大学生就业指导是实现大学生顺利就业的保证,大学生就业竞争能力的高低除了受学习因素的制约外,非学习因素也是起决定作用的一个关键环节,其中就业指导就是提高就业竞争力的一大决定因素。本文对就业指导如何提高就业竞争力进行了分析。
Career guidance of college students is the guarantee to achieve successful employment for students,the level of competitiveness of college students in addition to affected by studying factors,the non-academic factors also play a key role,in which career guidance is a major determining factor to improve the employability and competitiveness.This article analyzes on how to improve employment competitiveness according to career guidance.
