摘要
本研究采用层析法对工业用栗木栲胶进行了组成和组分的研究,对硅胶、纤维素粉和聚酰胺薄层进行了比较,并使用纤维素柱和葡聚糖凝胶柱(Sephadex LH-20)将栲胶进行了分离,展示了栗木栲胶的组成概貌。研究结果表明,栗木栲胶是复杂的混合物,但可以用层析法将其分离,进而使许多有关栲胶或鞣质方面的定量或半定量研究趋于可能。
Current research has focused on the composition and components ofcommercially used chestnut tannin extracts. Studies about comparison betweendifferent stationary phases has been conducted on Silica Gel, Cellulose andPolyarnide Thin--layer plates respectively. Tannin separation has also beenachieved preliminarily on cellulose and Sephadex I,H--20 columns respe ctively.By showing the composition of this extract, it is concluded that chestnuttannin extract is a complex mixture, and that further quantitative studiescan be undoubtedly carried out on structures, structure--propertyrelationship,tanning efficiency of each tannin and proper applications of chestnut tanninsand so forth.
