摘要
目前中职体育课堂教学效率较低,存在着费时低效的状况。因此,迫切需要有效教学理念及其策略,以实现课堂教学的有效性,使我们的体育课堂充满生机与活力,让学生获得较大的进步与发展。
Presently physical education at vocational schools is ineffective even with a great expense of time.Therefore,it is urgent for ideas and measures of effective teaching to be developed to improve the efficiency and liveliness of the course for the benefit of the students.
