摘要
在加入浸提剂的条件下,进行了微波辐照脱除煤中硫的试验研究。本文采用单因素方法,从微波辐照时间、功率、煤炭粒度、浸提剂浓度和液固比等方面,考察了不同因素对煤炭微波脱硫效果的影响并优化出各因素最佳的取值范围。结果表明,以NaOH作为浸提剂,微波辐照能够有效地脱除煤中硫,且煤发热量损失极少,是一种有效的脱硫方式。
With leachant,the research of coal desulfurization under microwave irradiation was conducted.Adopting the single-factor method,the paper investigated the effects of different factors on coal desulfurization under microwave irradiation from the aspects of microwave irradiation time,microwave power,coal particle size,concentration of leachant and liquid-solid ratio,and then obtained the optimum value range of all factors.The results show that by taking sodium hydroxide solution(NaOH) as the leachant and under microwave irradiation,sulfur can be removed from coal,and the calorific value of coal will not change obviously.So it is a coal desulfurization method with potentiality.
