摘要
目的:评价热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病的疗效和安全性。方法:检索国内公开发表的有关热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病的随机对照试验研究,纳入试验的质量用Jadad评分法评价,对纳入文献的疗效作Meta分析。结果:11项研究经Meta分析结果显示,热毒宁注射液组在退热、退疹、痊愈率及有效率方面均优于对照组。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病有较好疗效,且不良反应发生率低。但现有研究质量较差,尚需设计严谨的多中心、大样本随机对照试验来进一步证实。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Reduning injections in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Method： Randomized controlled trials on Reduning injections in the treatment of HFMD were retrieved to screen the qualified researches,Jadad scale was used to assess the quality of the inclusive trials and the data were analyzed by Meta Analysis.Result： 11 studies were operated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that the Reduning injection group was better than the control group in terms of defervesce,vanishing of the rashes,full remission rate and effective rate.Conclusion： Reduning injections show better therapeutic effect on HFMD with fewer adverse drug reactions.For the quality of the present researches isn＇t promising,the results should be verified by strictly-designed and large-scale sample randomized controlled trials.
