腹腔镜疝修补术后腹腔粘连程度分析3例报告 被引量:1

摘要 腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,TEP)、经腹腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术(transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis,TAPP)、腹腔内网片植入术(intraperitoneal onlay mesh,IPOM)在临床应用已近二十年。但腹腔镜疝修补术后腹腔粘连方面的研究多限于动物实验,临床研究甚少。我院自开展腹腔镜疝修补术后,3例患者再次行腹腔镜探查,现报道如下。
