摘要
植物转基因技术是研究植物基因功能及对植物各种农艺性状进行改良的重要手段之一。近几十年来,植物转基因研究已成为国内外植物分子遗传学研究的热点并取得显著进展。文章综述了植物转基因技术的原理及迄今为止在植物中常见的转基因技术的方法,概括了植物转基因的应用现状与前景。
Transgenic technology is one of the main methods for gene functional analysis and improvement of agronomic traits in plants.Transgenic research has been a‘ hot spot’ in the area of plant molecular genetics.In the meanwhile,great progress has been made on transgenic study in last several decades.The principle of transgenic technology and the approaches of transformation were summaried till now.Furtherly,the status and prospect of transgenic plants were were reviewed in this paper.
