摘要
为了研究选煤厂节能降耗具体措施,以安家岭选煤厂为研究对象,在详细分析安家岭选煤厂概况、存在问题及技术改进的基础上,通过对洗选工程中产生损耗主要原因的分析,结合其实际生产情况,从节水降耗、节电降耗、减少介耗、降低药耗和选煤厂节耗途径五个方面提出了安家岭选煤厂节能降耗的措施。研究结果有助于缓解安家岭选煤厂能源供应和建设压力。
In order to research the coal saving energy and reducing consumption specific measures to the new fiat coal industry company AnJiaLing open coal Co., LTD coal as the research object, and a detailed analysis of the general situation in AnJiaLing coal cleaning plant, the problems and technical improvement, and on the basis of dressing by engineering produces loss the analysis of the main reason, in combination with the actual production conditions, water consumption and electricity from the consumption, reduce the medium consumption and reduce the medicine consume and coal JieHao way puts forward five AnJiaLing energy saving of the coal measures. The results can help alleviate AnJiaLing coal energy supply and construction pressure.
