摘要
通过2种加工方式开发出抗电磁辐射精纺面料,一种是镀银长丝与羊毛单纱并捻合股织造成并捻织物,另一种是镀银长丝直接用作经纬纱与毛纱交织成交织物。测试织物的屏蔽效能可知,在2 250~2 650 MHz波段内并捻织物电磁屏蔽效能优于交织物,最高可达85 dB,具有较好的抗电磁辐射效果。另外,经纬密度的变化对织物电磁屏蔽能力也有一定影响,2种织物紧度在76%左右、交织物中羊毛与长丝比例为1∶2时电磁屏蔽效果较好。研究结果对开发高性能抗电磁辐射精纺面料有参考作用。
2 kinds of electromagnetic shielding worsted fabrics were developed,one was called doubling and twisting fabric(DTF) made of silver-plated filament and plied wool yarn,and the other was interwoven fabric with silver-plated filament yarn as warp and weft interwoven with wool yarn.Fabric shielding effectiveness tests show DTF to possess better shielding effectiveness than the interwoven fabric at the range of 2 250-2 650 MHz,which is up to 85 dB.Besides,fabric warp and weft density has certain effect on the shielding effectiveness,and better shielding effectiveness was observed when the tightness is 76% for both fabrics and the ratio of wool and silver-plated filament is 1∶2 for the interwoven fabric.These findings have certain directive significance for developing high-performance worsted fabrics against electromagnetic radiation.
