摘要
对碘量法测定废弃线路板回收液中铜含量的过程条件进行了研究。通过6个粗产品中铜的含量测定,研究了共存铅、锰、铬、镍、锡对测定结果的影响,并与ICP-OES分析结果进行比对,发现碘量法相对标准偏差(n=3)在0.0010%~0.2905%,与ICP-OES法结果一致,该方法适用于废弃线路板回收液中铜含量的测定。
Copper content in waste printed circuit board were determined by using iodometric titration method and the effect of co-existing ions such as lead,tin,nickel and zinc to the copper concentration titration were also investigated and discussed in the paper.As a contrast,all the samples used by iodimetry were determined by ICP-OES method too.The result shows that only tin has remarkable effect to copper content determination especially when the concentration of tin is higher than 2 %.Other ions such as lead,iron,nickel and zinc almost have no effect to the copper content determination and all the iodimetry results tally with the results of ICP-OES method.
