摘要
介绍衷敬柏主任医师辨证治疗高血压病的经验,认为本病病机特点为虚实夹杂、以实为主,虚在肝肾阴虚、心肝两虚、冲任经气亏虚,实则为肝火上炎、痰瘀阻滞、风阳上扰。治疗上病证结合,中医病机与西医药理相结合,因人因地因时制宜,强调调畅气机,理气补气并用。
It is to intruoduct the experience of professor ZHONG in the treatment of hypertension.He believes the pathogenesis of this disease is characterized by combination of excess and deficiency and excess is the main cause.The deficiency includes：Yin deficiency of kidney and liver;both deficiency of liver and heart;Qi deficiency of Chong and Ren meridians.The excess includes：liver-fire up flaming;accumulation of phlegm and stasis;wind Yang disturbing the upper.Based on combination of disease and syndrome as well as combination of TCM pathogenesis and pharmacology,professor ZHONG pays more attention to soothe liver,regulate an supplement Qi.
