摘要
通过分级淬火法获得了6061铝合金TTP曲线,计算了淬火敏感温度区间的淬火因子,结合淬火因子分析法预测了在不同淬火冷却速率条件下合金的硬度,并与实测值进行对比。结果表明:6061铝合金TTP曲线的"鼻尖"温度约为340℃,淬火敏感温度区间为220~455℃;合金硬度的预测值与实测值吻合较好,淬火因子分析法预测合金的性能具有较高的准确度;合金在淬火敏感温度区间220~455℃的淬火冷却速率大于16.2℃/s时,合金的硬度能达到最大硬度值的95%以上。
Through the TTP curves of 6061 aluminum alloy evaluated by interrupted quenching method,the quench factor during the critical temperature range was calculated.With the quench factor analysis method,the hardness of the alloy was predicted in conditions of different cooling rate and compared with the measured values.The results show that the nose temperature of TTP curves is 340 ℃ and the critical temperature range is 220-455 ℃.The predicted results agree reasonably well with the measured values.The quench factor analysis method has high accuracy of predicting alloy property.The cooling rate in the critical temperature range of 220-455 ℃ should be more than 16.2 ℃/s,so that the hardness of alloy will attain above 95% of the maximum hardness.
