摘要
本文介绍了中国大陆绿色建筑的相关评价标准、认证机构、认证流程及相关鼓励政策,阐述了中国政府、房地产开发商、施工单位、咨询单位等对绿色建筑的认识,分析了通过中国官方认证的绿色建筑的逐年变化情况、建筑类型分布和地域差别等,统计了100个已通过认证的绿色建筑项目中绿色技术和产品的应用情况,并对中国大陆建筑项目的 LEED认证情况做了介绍。研究结果表明,中国大陆的绿色建筑发展尚处于初级阶段,在上海、北京及其周边地区发展较为成熟;在政府推动和社会各界的参与下,绿色建筑的评审有全国普及化的趋势,通过认证的绿色建筑项目逐年增多,处于由"浅绿"向"深绿"的发展阶段。
In this paper,the green building related evaluation standards,certification bodies,certification process and incentive policies in China's Mainland were described,the cognition on green building of Chinese government,real estate developers,construction units and consulting units were expounded,the variation trends year after year,the distribution of building type and the regional disparities of green building projects certified by official green building institute in China were analyzed.Furthermore,the application of green technologies and products of 100 certified green building projects were analyzed,and the situation of LEED certified building projects in China's Mainland was presented.The results indicated that green building development in China's Mainland was still in the primary stage,Shanghai,Beijing and their surrounding areas had a more mature development.In addition,under the government＇s promotion and community＇s participation,the evaluation of green building would become national popular,the number of certified green building would increase year by year,and the development of green building in China's Mainland was in the stage from light green to dark green.
